The Nigerian Air Accident Investigation Bureau (AIB) said on Monday that it has made at least eight safety recommendations to the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria, the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority and Nigerian Airspace Management Agency, following recent collisions at the Lagos Airport.
